CANCELLATION POLICY

• Once the 12-hour cancellation window has expired, bookings for Homes covered under the Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.
• In case the Guest has made only a partial payment, no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances.
• Cancellations during peak dates, including Holi, Independence Day, Diwali, and Christmas & New Year will not be accepted
• In case a Guest has made a booking online through the website without any assistance from the Call Center, he/she is eligible for a FREE cancellation within 12 hours from the time of booking. Refunds to the original payment method generally take 5–7 working days to process. This policy shall not apply to bookings where the check-in date is within 7 days from the booking confirmation date.

House Rules

Check-in time: After 02:00 PM
Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM

• Outside food is allowed inside the villa premises.
• Guests are not permitted to invite additional visitors or day guests during their stay.
• Bachelor groups and stag bookings are permitted.
• We do not promote parties or late-night disturbances. Playing loud music beyond 10:00 PM is strictly prohibited.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed.
• Basic cooking such as tea, coffee, Maggi, omelette, and similar light preparations is allowed without any additional charges.
• Any illegal activities, including but not limited to possession or consumption of drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms or weapons, are strictly prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to inform local authorities if such activities are found.
• Guests are advised to take care of their valuables and personal belongings. Management will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
• As per legal requirements, every guest above 4 years of age must carry a valid government-issued photo ID with address proof. Only Aadhar Card, Driving License, and Passport are accepted.
• Any inappropriate conduct or violation of the above house rules may lead to refusal of booking acceptance. In case of check-in, Management reserves the right to request guests to vacate the property.

Additional rules

• At the time of Check-in there is a security deposit of 5000 INR.
• Adhere to the guest limit; exceeding incurs Rs 1000 per extra guest.
• Guest will be charged 1500/- per hour after exceeding the checkout time (11:00AM)
• Report damages; repair costs adjusted from the Security Deposit.
• Comply with local laws, including noise and environmental regulations.
• Follow check-out procedures as outlined.
• Strictly no illegal drugs; adhere to local regulations.
