ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Once the 12-hour cancellation window has expired, bookings for Homes covered under the Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.
- In case the Guest has made only a partial payment, no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances.
- Cancellations during peak dates, including Holi, Independence Day, Diwali, and Christmas & New Year will not be accepted
- In case a Guest has made a booking online through the website without any assistance from the Call Center, he/she is eligible for a FREE cancellation within 12 hours from the time of booking. Refunds to the original payment method generally take 5–7 working days to process. This policy shall not apply to bookings where the check-in date is within 7 days from the booking confirmation date.

We do not promote parties or late-night disturbances. Playing loud music beyond 10:00 PM is strictly prohibited.
Alcohol consumption is allowed.
Basic cooking such as tea, coffee, Maggi, omelette, and similar light preparations is allowed without any additional charges.
Any illegal activities, including but not limited to possession or consumption of drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms or weapons, are strictly prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to inform local authorities if such activities are found.
Guests are advised to take care of their valuables and personal belongings. Management will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
As per legal requirements, every guest above 4 years of age must carry a valid government-issued photo ID with address proof. Only Aadhar Card, Driving License, and Passport are accepted.
Any inappropriate conduct or violation of the above house rules may lead to refusal of booking acceptance. In case of check-in, Management reserves the right to request guests to vacate the property.

One of the best property I have ever seen. Care taker was very helpful. Jacuzzi was not satisfied it takes almost 3 4 hours to get ready 2 hours to fill the tub and another 1 or 2 hour to get it hot. Rest everything was good.
The place was awesome and serene due to its proximity to Tiger hills point. Caretakers were very responsive and courteous. The food was also great and had home touch. Would plan to visit once again!
Thistle name of the Villa speaks itself! The Peak, the property is more beautiful than in pictures. It is located near tiger point which makes it centre of attraction between the hills. The view here is mesmerising and the bedrooms and living area are quite spacious. We wanted a big swimming pool and the pool in this property is very much big in size. The property is well maintained by Tensor Stays and Host also recommended us few spots to explore! Such a wonderful property it is. Highly recommended Also this was my second stay with Tenso Stays. Looking forward to have such wonderful stays ahead too!
Good place to stay, good location atop tiger point amongst the clouds, good care taker helped us with out need and with our food needs at a decent cost.
