- Full payment must be completed at the time of booking.
- Loud music and parties are not allowed after 10:00 PM.
- Refundable security deposit of 5000/- may apply for villa stays.
- Smoking inside bedrooms is strictly prohibited.
- Full refund for cancellations made 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations made within 21–14 days before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations within 14 days of check-in.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
