• Any eligible refund initiated by TensorStays will be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of cancellation approval. A nominal cancellation charge of 5% of the booking amount may be deducted to cover payment gateway fees, transaction costs, and administrative processing expenses.
• Applicable GST will be charged on the cancellation fee as per prevailing government regulations.

A booking will be considered officially cancelled only after the guest completes the cancellation process through the designated booking platform or receives confirmation of cancellation from the TensorStays reservations team.

In the event that a guest checks in and chooses to shorten their stay or depart before the scheduled check-out date, any refund for unused nights, cleaning charges, or other fees will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The final decision regarding such refunds shall remain at the sole discretion of TensorStays, taking into account the circumstances of the booking and applicable cancellation terms.
