Cancellation Policy

In case a Guest has made a booking online through the website without any assistance from the Call Center, he/she is eligible for a FREE cancellation within 12 hours from the time of booking. Refunds to the original payment method generally take 5–7 working days to process. This policy shall not apply to bookings where the check-in date is within 7 days from the booking confirmation date.

Once the 12-hour cancellation window has expired, bookings for Homes covered under the Strict Cancellation Policy cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.

In case the Guest has made only a partial payment, no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances.

Cancellations during peak dates, including Holi, Independence Day, Diwali, Christmas & New Year, will not be accepted.

If booking is cancelled 21 days before check-in date, guests are entitled to a full refund. 50% refund if cancelled 21-11 days before check in date.

Any cancellations made less than 11 days before your check-in date, would not be refunded.


A nominal cancellation fee (5%) is charged for processing the refund. While refunds in travel credits have no processing fee.

Refunds for cancellations would only be processed in the form of travel credits if any amount of travel credits is utilised for booking.

If any non cancellable coupon is used while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund while rescheduling is possible*

Cancellation policy is overridden and cancellation is not allowed for peak dates such as Independence day (15th Aug), Diwali (10th Nov to 20th Nov), Christmas and New year (24th Dec to 2nd Jan) and Republic day (26th Jan) will not be accepted.

In case of extreme last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Guests will be refunded 85% of booking amount if SaffronStays gets another booking for the same date(s). If not, Guests will not be given a refund, and the cancellation will be treated as a no-show.


Flexible Cancellation Policy

If the Guest cancels the booking anywhere before 24 hours before checkin date, they are entitled to a 100% refund. Any cancellations made lesser than 24 hours to checkin date, there would be no refund.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is entitled to no refund whatsoever.

No cancel Cancellation Policy

Under this policy, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not allowed to cancel and entitled to any refund. Rescheduling is allowed upto 48 hours before checkin at a rescheduling fee of 25% and tariff difference if any + GST
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is entitled to no refund whatsoever.
